Is We Belong Together more remembered than Hung Up?
Despite 'Hung Up' being not successful where I live (US) I noticed a lot of people say it did amazing WW and broke so many records.
If this is so, how come it lags to the other major Pop Girl hit of '05 (We Belong Together)?
For Madonna stans who claim her videos are blocked in many countries, their views on WW Streaming Platforms.
Spotify:
Soundcloud:
They're also charting in the same amount of countries on iTunes!
Keep this discussion honest, and defend your opinion with receipts. Thanks!

yes it is.
Nobody in the US remembers the existence of Hung Up despite it actually selling pretty well at the time. WBT on the other hand is an iconic song here.
WW? Idk it's hard to call. WBT has the US on it's side so...

In the US, easily. That's not to say people don't like Hung Up here though.

No.
What is it with all the threads against Madonna today?
Chile, she doesn't even have an album out and still on the top of everyone's minds

Yeah because Mariah had the biggest song of the country that year while Madonna didn't even hit #1...

Definitely. Even WW Hung Up is pretty much forgotten.

Also keep in mind,
We Belong Together went #1 in 3 countries and is charting in the same amount of countries on iTunes as Hung Up who went #1 in almost 20 countries.

None of these two songs are well remembered by the public.
