I'm for abortion, if it's for a reason like the woman was raped or if the mother's life is at risk. However aside from this is there really any legitimate reason for abortion? I can't sympathise with the 'I'm not ready to be a parent' excuse. That's not a legitimate reason, not when if that's the case it could have been prevented anyway. What is your stance on abortion ATRL? Weigh in below.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with abortion. Any attempt to restrict or ban it is inherently misogynistic and unacceptable. I don't care who you 'sympathize' with, no one asked for your sympathy.

If a woman wants an abortion then she should get an abortion, no matter what the reason is.

While I think it should be allowed with limits, I don't think it should be solely the girl's right to decide. If a girl gets an abortion, the father can be deeply emotionally effected by that decision, too.

Nothing wrong with it, and never has been. If a woman feels as if she needs an abortion, she is free to do what she wants.

i mean, besides those 2 cases you mentioned first, no one forced them to have sex so whether they'd abort or abandon the child, they're still idiots

I believe in individual autonomy, where we should enjoy exclusive control over our own bodies, so yes I do believe in abortion if it is the choice of the mothers, as I do also believe in euthanasia for terminal patients

If you restrict abortion to rape victims can't anyone claim she was raped? How are you going to prove that?

If a mother's life being at risk means she's able to abort you're saying her life is more important than a fetus. Which nullifies the whole anti abortion argument in a sense.
