No, she was not wrong. Especially if he just wanted to bother her to sell her autograph on eBay. The bodyguard was wrong though for pushing away the person that wanted a picture. Everyone has days when they don't want people in their face 24/7. Not to mention she could have also been on her period.
Ughhh, the voice-over in that video makes me cringe so bad. I couldn't sit through a minute longer with her stretching the end of her words out like that.
