That tone was by no means "playful." She's not wrong for telling them to back up, either. She has to get in her car. If celebrities stopped to take pictures with everyone that approached them imagine how much time that would cut into their day. They have to fulfill responsibilities too.
Just because someone stops to ask for your autograph that doesn't automatically make him/her your fan. Most of those people probably don't even purchase your music. Celebrities aren't entitled to every single living person who approaches them. After nearly a decade in the industry, she probably has a good idea who her true fans are.
