I'm trying to bulk up, but my metabolism says no. I was lucky enough to gain ten pounds in 4 months last year. I don't know what I was eating then, but I'll have to find out so I can gain some more weight.
Yes every morning. I run for about half an hour and then come home and work out using some apps (that actually seem to be working) like 7 Minute Workout, Abs Workout, etc.
