Every morning (around 7am) I like to take my morning jog. It's the time of the day where I feel great and happy, I'm a morning person (if I can get my ass up

Then later, around 1pm, I play tennis for 6 hours. Now that it's the summer I can devote much time for tennis. During the school time I play competitively for my college so I'm definitely fit.
My systolic/diastolic is 100/60
