They've both had huge impact on Pop music. Although we can't judge at this point because Oops! has lived a decade, being one of the most memrrobal songs of the 00's.

Impact wise for Britney and GaGa, from what I see.

I love "Bad Romance", but I'd have to go with "Oops!... I Did It Again ". It brings back a lot of memories.

It's a classic. EVERYONE knows the song, and it had HUGE impact on Pop Culture.

It's hard for me to choose.... Oops I Did It Again was huge 10 years ago! It had a huge impact in my yearly teenager life....

But nowadays, Bad Romance is an anthem!

So I don't vote for this... They can't be compared in this terms....
