I can cook pretty much all of the foods that have been mentioned here, except grits. And I do it from scratch, not from boxed mixes that you just add water to.
I usually have an amazing oatmeal breakfast. I put cooked oatmeal on the bottom and cut up a banana and 2 strawberries and then I top with a tablespoon of semi-sweet chocolate chips and slivered almonds. YUM, haven't gotten tired of it and have been having it for almost a year now.
I can also make (that I like) pancakes, pancake puffs filled with peanut butter or nutella, grilled cheese, eggs, banana peanut butter and honey sandwich
