Since most of the users have issues with biases of certain moderator towards their specific stanbase I would suggest creating and keeping a
thread on ATRL where users can post whenever they feel a report or a thread was mismanaged, this way 1) the admins and moderators could clock who is moderating in a biased way, while also 2) promoting user satisfaction when we feel we are treated unjustly.
To keep it cute and in an orderly fashion there could be some certain type of
format for the reporting, sort of like I did in
my previous post (providing a link to the post or thread they feel was managed improperly).
