she has mentioned in a few different interviews this era how she thinks its cool how many different female artists there are in the industry right now and how each of them are able to have their own style/way of doing things.. I think that is all she was getting at
She wasn't dissing Bey, gaga or katy . Kelly always states that she's a Jay-z fan. Kelly is just uncomfortable being on stage in heels. Half of the artists out today, is uncomfortable on stage in heels, they're trying to be someone else instead of themselves. No shade.
