No. Carly is doing her own thing.
Besides, CMM came off an EP, so having a successful follow-up from 5 remaining songs means the stakes are MUCH higher.

You're comparing someone who has 7 number ones from two albums, to someone who doesn't even have a number one yet...? Don't get me wrong I love me some Carly, but personality wise they are nothing alike, I guess only time will tell with her success.
