North America Summer 2012 Weather outlook. Will it be hot and dry or cool and wet?

According to AccuWeather for most, it'll be hot & dry, most paticularly in the US Plains/Canadian Pairies. If you live in those regions, I hope you like it above 90 degrees (32 C) cause it could be that hot for long periods of time, including some days above 100F (38C).

Well my city right now has a fire half the size of Toronto about 30 minutes away from here..

So I'm gonna say it's gonna be a long hot summer.

Warm/Hot weather is nothing new for NC tbh.Just these past five spring/summer seasons there was AT LEAST one stretch of days where the temperatures reached TRIPLE digit (or very close.) Also,there's at least one stretch of days where there's at least a thunderstorm chance every day of the week.

We are in the middle of a heatwave here atm. Not usual for us.

Well it as already in the 90s in March in Georgia so I'm guessing it'll be pretty damn hot come July/August. Unfortunately.... I'm.a winter person.

In NY it will be unbearably hot, as always.

Feeling alright in Ohio right now. Of course, when the 50000 gallons of rain and thunder hit us, it'll be the end of the world in the Buckeye state.

Winter/Spring actually don't really relfect how summer turns out. The warmest winter on record was followed by one of the coolest and wettest summers.

LA is hot do nice warm summer for me
