Basically. If you have ovaries, a cervix, and a vagina then you're a female. If you don't you're a male. Very simple biological concept to grasp
Just because you're a feminine male who likes stereotypical female things, that doesn't make you a girl. And just because you're a girl who likes video games and stereotypical manly things, doesn't make you a boy.

No, Sky Sky, I am very right actually.
Only women have ovaries, a cervix, fallopian tubes, and vaginas. This is our biological make up, it's what makes us "female".
Only men have penises and scrotums. This is what makes them "male".
However, on the inside you may feel like one, the other, or both.

No. Homosexual people do not experience physiological abnormalities. If a man is trapped inside a woman's body, there is more than just the mental process.

I think skyler is generalizing about the whole gender thing.
Fact: Physically a penis belongs to a man, and a vagina belongs to a woman.
HOWEVER, there's a psychological aspect of gender in which people may find that they don't belong in the right body, thus contemplating and pursuing themselves to change their genitals - WHICH justifies the physical aspect of gender.
So gender is not one shade: you have to consider the physical aspect AS WELL as the psychological aspect of it too.

This question has a factual answer, not an opinionated answer. And the answer is no. Gender =/= sex. Sex is based off genitalia. Gender is based off societal norms revolved around sex. Big difference.

Yes. Gender is defined as the sociocultural dimension of being biologically male/female.

Your sex is based on your physical attributes and your gender is a matter of femininity vs masculinity and is kept separate from whatever "junk" you have.
If you live your life as a woman, look like a woman, use the woman's restroom , why would I ever call you a man? Regardless of what kind of "plumbing" you were born with. Do you go around asking people what kind of genitals they have? No, of course not, you assume that they are the gender they appear to be.
