It was weird, but I know what you're talking about.
I think if people only have... um, popular girls on their sig, it makes me think they are closed minded. I know they might not always be, but people put their favorite artists in their sig for us to know what they like, so why not assume?

Jameson, Drais, and Wilkes are the trinity. Owl, Ace, and Nicole are close runners-up.
As for the worst, I dunno any names, but Ke$ha and Katy (Owl excluded) stans I guess. It seems every time I'm cringing at a signature, it's one of theirs.

The worst taste are the people who don't even try to listen anything outside the Top 40. The best taste, well, everybody thinks they have the best taste because they know tons of indie bands and listen to old music so I'll leave that to their own devices.
