So it's time for the announcement that will change the world chart. Some of you being very vocal about a few albums that shouldn't be here. Well here's your chance. Since this an All-Time chart, we should make it an ALL-TIME chart Meaning that:
1. After the no. 1 album is announced, new people who haven't gotten the chance to vote will get to vote. And also people who have voted and want to change their vote will also be given the chance. The chart will then will be refresh monthly so new albums can get in or old albums can get out.
2. This second one may get a few people excited, I'm also introducing a new kind of vote. The 'irrelevant' vote. Do you have an album that you think totally doesn't deserve to be in the list. Well now everybody will have an irrelevant vote where they can choose an album that they don't like and will decrease the album marks by 1. You can only choose 1 album so think carefully.
I will explained more after the no. 1 album is announced so stay tuned.
