Well that's why there's that rule. And the mods have to enforce it. It is what it is, so I mean, just don't do it again.
You should have gotten that reversed. "Nicknames" like Xtina, Bey, Brit, RihRih, etc are allowed. Even stuff like King Bey and Queen Rih are allowed. You're just not allowed to combine names with words, like Success*ca, Beys*s, Rih*llah, etc.
If King Bey and Queen Rih are allowed, then the thread starter shouldn't have been warned for her Majesty. All three of those titles are of the same vein of nicknames.

This rule has been around for 3+ years, and there are no signs of it changing anytime soon, so just abstain from using nicknames altogether instead of complaining about it
