i used to stan for her from the beginning until about the time she did the greatest hits cd. If she has talent or not is up for debate, but she no longer gives me life like she used to...and that sucks. Like alot

Her talents are written off by people because she lip-syncs. Then, they resume all her talents (or lack of) to her lack of live singing.

Britney is really talented. one of the most influential and talented in music history i must say.
She was born within technology era, which is the reason why she stands out from the rest.
She is flexible, Pretty, Great dancer, and also can sing. Her talents are just "Basic" actually, she doesnt have something wow in her voice, she's not the hottest girl, but she can do a lot of things. Technology cover her weakness perfectly. while the other might look worse using technology, britney in the other hand Stands out with being a part of a born of new technology within music industry.
She might be just "Basic", but sometimes, you need a glass that isn't full to fill something amazing into it.

For the most part, valid points but her looks are not basic. The most basic is when she was going through those issues...she looked like a...nvmd.
But as a celebrity she is smoking hot.

Of course she's talented. She writes amazing songs, she plays the piano and even though she's not a powerful vocalist, her voice is perfect for pop. She's also very creative and knows what the public wants. Let's not forget she created the concept for her most iconic video Baby one more time.
