I think Jennifer is currently the best judge on the panel (which is not saying much: Randi is annoying and Steven is useless) but I'm in no way attached to her. I'd have no issue with them showing her the door if she wants more cash. If she was being paid under $5 mil, I'd understand the need to deal...
I wouldn't make Jimmy a live judge because I don't think he could handle the camera to that extent, but he's definitely been the most accurate judge this year (I don't think there would be a large change if he were to critique live) and I hope he remains in the position he's in.
