The only thing I didn't like from that interview is that Madonna was very tactful in the way that she shaded Gaga.
She said something along the lines of: "I can see references to me in her work, and some of it is done very well."
By her saying that some of it is good, that naturally implied that she also felt some of it wasn't.
It was her way of being politically correct. I would have preferred that she had said something more definitive, just so there'd be no confusion.
