I'd recommend getting a 360. You can't get a PS3 now whether you want one or not. Probably won't have any in stock until spring.
As far as the Wii, I think its a pretty flat gimmick. After a couple months of the hand waving thing it's going to get incredibly old. The graphics are poor in comparison to the other consoles and the games, meh. Besides Zelda and Mario Galaxy they've got nothing

yea, I was gonna point that out about the Wii too.

I've always been a playstation guy, so I think i'm gonna end up getting one of those regardless. Even if I have to wait awhile beofre I am able too, lol

as far as the 360, i'm still debating. i might get one just to hold me over until I am able to purchase a ps3

I won't be getting a PS3 for a long long long long long time, if ever. I will however buy a Wii first day as it's actually worth it.

It will be a LONG time before the PS3 is affordable to me.

Personally, i'd get a Wii or a 360 instead.The 360 already has a decent library of games, while the Wii is just too good to miss.
