yea, can't deny that she is looking good. But I agree with the original poster. She is definately biting off of Aaliyah with that style. I've noticed that her video for "Promise" looks a lot likke something Aaliyah would do also.

the tomboy look is/was Aaliyah's trademark style. Much like the old hollywood glam look is Xtina's (as of now at least), and the trailor park look is Britney's. It's like, when another celeb starts copying, it's VERY obvious.

LMAO @ the last two pics. Although they're f-ing HOT, they are incredibly similar to Aaliyah's "One In A Million" era promo pics. It's true that A LOT of R&B artists had a similar style in the 90's but only Aaliyah rocked it the way Ci is doing now. Ever heard of B.I.G.? Anyway, If u listen to any Jay-Z albums, alot of his lyrics are stolen(Snoop, Nas, Dre, 2pac, list goes on and on), d/l the "Im a biter" song that has various lines he has used and then lets u hear the original version. That's if u really listen to his stuff and don't just know him as the cool rich black rapper who dates beyonce or the "best rapper alive". Dude must watch alot of De Niro movies to up his image. Alot people are only familiar with his black album stuff...but anyway, off topic.
