You guys like Kvitova? I hope she loses her confidence and drops out of the top30 tbh. Her game, based on the few matches I've seen, is just hard hitting, and often in a hit or miss style. Also, she doesn't move well and she just doesn't seem interesting etc... And this comes from a Lindsay Davenport fan...
Sis you can't be serious
You need to watch a few more matches. She's not just a hard ball striker (that's Sharapova) she actually has the all court game. And true she doesn't move too well, but she's a good mover overall. The only thing she lacks is being interesting, she's boring
I'm wondering why everyone is counting Li out. Although he worst surface by far is Clay, she won her first clay court tournament at the biggest one of them all, Roland Garros. I definitely see her reaching AT LEAST the Semifinals again
Considering her current form, I don't see her getting further than 4th round tbh.
Back when she won the French Open, everything just clicked. I see it as a one time or rare affair...
Santaus, don't you find it ironic that these past few matches and so, despite Serena's low first serve %, she still hits double digit aces? What is she doing different that other players? How is she hitting so much aces?

Watch this and see how smart she is
IKR?!
One of the matches I've recently seen from her was against Pavlychenkova or whatever it's called... It was terrible and I watched just a few games.
I love Li.. she's a monster when she's GOAT.. but she's far too emotional ..as in her tearful breakdown at the Australian Open
That's because she lost 4 MPs against a player who beat her in the previous year's final. I'd cry if I lost those too. And to make matter worse, it was 4 in a row

Well, she served great in Madrid, but this week in Rome she has actually struggled a bit with her serve, and hasn't served that many aces, really. I don't think she has that low first serve %, since it's normally over 70 something, and that's fine.
She just hits it so well and right technically: her serve is clean, relaxed, and doesn't have any extra motion to it. She is also very diverse with the spin and placing of the serve.
I haven't been keeping up with Kvitty so I guess I was spared with that mess.
If you really wanna watch it I have it here. It's the whole match so I don't expect you to get past 10 minutes unless you want to really be invested in such a bad match
Oh god that was terrible. I wanted to kill myself watching that match
Well, she'll most likely remain more successful... Don't expect another GS anytime soon tho.
Yet, it's quite difficult to guess the winner for a GS tournament nowadays. It seems anyone could come and win one of them. Oh how I miss the days, when we had a clear top10 players who would just rarely lose to players below their ranking. I don't like this random mess we have now.
Yup. It put me thinking how she got so high in the rankings.

I can see her winning one more GS title before retiring, and that'll most likely be the Australian or Wimbledon. She got lucky at the French imo, she really wasn't supposed to go too far since she hates clay, but she played well anyway and I love her for that
Let's not. Kvitova has loads of talent, she just isn't attractive, interesting, or outstanding in any way

Yeah, I think the draw was great for her, and she just happened to play some of her best tennis in the most important matches. Surely she deserved the win.
1) Would anyone like to help me search for a good racquet, preferably from tenniswarehouse.com . I lost my Head Youtek IG Instinct at a tennis match the other day, now I gotta get a new one
2) Someone definitely should videotape yourself playing tennis, it'd be very interesting to see

Not sure about the second point, but I could help with the racquet.
