I think she could have been joking. My reason being, she was given a good amount of time to hear the name before she reacted. But it's a 50/50 thing, only she knows what happened there.
Faith Hill did that reaction in humorous intention, I've seen a couple interviews of her's and she's naturally cool. I highly doubt she did that out of intentions like Kanye West's tantrum at the Europe Music Awards.
And I'm suprised to see Anthony is there; he's probably still buddies with Carrie.
