Global in the sense of WW sales. If you sell 10 million albums in the US, and only sell three million in the US but three million outside the US you are more global than the other seller. My opinion.
No . Just no. The US is PART of being global and WW so you can't exclude sales from that. The bitch that sold 10 million is obviously more global since she attracted more buyers globally, even if all 10 million came from the US.

Touring: I'm sure Taylor takes it, but again, her touring if far more focused on the US than Ke$ha's is.
Taylors still has bigger album sales so is hence more well known globally. She's just a bigger artist than Ke$ha so her sales aren't as spread out. As for touring Ke$ha played 24 dates outside the US while Taylor played 32 dates at bigger arena's as well.

I got 535,000 adding up the certs even if they are all under certified the most possible could be 600000 so not even half of 1.2 million
