The latest thing I heard from Eminem was an interviewer asking him how he feels about gay people (sp?) and he was like "I have a gay uncle....Elton John!" and then they laughed.

I have some newfound respect for him.

Why are people crediting Beyonce? When has she ever spoken publicity about gay marriage or gay rights? Though if she has can anyone post a link cause I want to read it.

She hasn't been asked about gay marriage or gay rights so that's why there isn't any word of it. She has announced her support towards the gay community though.

Back in 2006 with an interview with OUT Magazine. Her Uncle (I believe Tina's Brother) died of AIDS and he was gay. She has mentioned she was in a shopping mall with DC and she got a call about his death and she was being asked for autographs like crazy. She was crying and just wanted to get out of there. She also visited some gay clubs in Atlanta while on tour.

But who is Eminem to Jay-Z? This is not about him.

In an interview with gay magazine Instinct, the singer said she lost a gay uncle to AIDS only two years ago. "I never mixed Christianity with how I felt (about him). The Dreamgirls star also admitted she wouldn’t be upset if she had a gay son. “(I’d say) I love him for the person he is with no expectations back,” she said."
