Yes. The passengers (and a motorbike rider nearby) were injured too.

n the wee hours of Saturday (May 12) morning, a Ferrari hit a taxi which in turn hit a motorcycle at Rochor Road. So far, three are reported dead, and footage of another taxi's camera shows the Ferrari driver beat the red light.
The video was provided by another ComfortDelGro taxi driver, Mr Yeo, who was just seconds away from being hit. Had he moved immediately when the light at the junction turned green, he too would have been involved in the crash.
Not only does the video show the accident, it also shows the Ferrari driver beating the red light. Mr Yeo also estimated that the red Ferrari was travelling at over 100kmh. It was moving so fast, it appeared as a 'red shadow' to him, and in the video.
The clip also reveals that at least eight lucky people escaped the horrific accident by just seconds. These include Mr Yeo, the four passengers in his taxi, a pedestrian, the driver of a black sedan car just slightly behind the taxi which was hit, and a motorcyclist who is the friend of the injured biker.
The Ferrari driver was Mr Ma Chi, 31, a businessman who came from China a few years ago. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
The taxi driver has since been pronounced brain dead and 52-year-old Mr Cheng passed away at 7.07pm last night in Tan Tock Seng Hospital. He was the sole breadwinner of his family, and is survived by his wife and three children.
The taxi driver's passenger, a Japanese national in her 20s, succumbed to her injuries in hospital just hours after the accident occured.
The motorcyclist, Mr Muhammad Najib Ghazali, 26, was admitted to hospital with a spinal injury while the female Ferrari passenger in her 20s was admitted to the hospital with a head injury. Both are reported to be in a stable condition.
Mr Muhammad Najib visited the Cheng family and told The New Paper in an interview that since the accident, no one from the Ferrari driver's family had visited him or Mr Cheng's family.
The accident area, a notorious 'black spot', has seen seven accidents in the past two weeks.
