Madonna doesn't have 36 billboard awards. the billboard touring award is seperate from the actual billboard award that is the physical award.

It's sort of unbelievable to me that somebody brought Janet Jackson's Green/Pink-Wiki list out to discredit 36 for Madonna. Uhm, using the same mind thought (year end lists don't count) Janet Jackson's list discredits 7 of her so-so-official 33. The Billboard Awards did not start doing official awards until 1990.
