Curiosity is a Canada-only release. 604 Records, her original Canadian label, is releasing this song, not Interscope Records, her international label. The only Carly track that Interscope Records has ownership to is Call Me Maybe. Her previous works are part of 604 Records. Basically, Interscope doesn't have the rights to release anything from the Curiosity EP worldwide om their label. That's why Call Me Maybe is the only Carly song you can buy on US iTunes!
My guess is Carly is working on a full-length album with Interscope right now, and the worldwide second single will be released though them, not 604 Records
PS - Canada is
EATING up Curiosity. They play it non-stop in my area.
