I have not done this for three weeks, so I feel an update on the success of 'Kill', especially year-end success is due:

8 weeks at #1 on US Hot AC (tying her personal best with 'Already Gone')
8 weeks at #1 on Canada Hot AC
4 weeks at #1 on US CHR/Pop
3 weeks at #1 on Billboard Hot 100
2 weeks at #1 on Billboard Radio Songs
2 weeks at #1 on Billboard Digital Songs
1 week at #1 on US Dance

A few more things:
-up to #2 this week on US AC Radio with the possibility of #1 in 2 weeks, which would add another #1 to it's growing list

Kelly is the only Idol alum to have at least one year-end #1 on any radio format, but it appears she is on track to repeat this in 2012:

Year-end charts quick stats:
1. On US Pop radio, 'Kill' sits at #1, inching closer each week to #1. It looks like the top 4 will be a battle between Adele, Kelly, The Wanted, and fun.
2. On US Hot AC radio, 'Kill', still at #2, should take over #1 in 2 weeks !
3. On Canada Hot AC radio, 'Kill' continues at #1 and widens the gulf between Adele's Fire. It is virtually a lock for the year-end #1 now !
4. On WHTZ/Z100 (NYC), the largest pop station in the US, 'Kill', also at #1, massively widens the gulf between 'Fire' and also is a virtual lock for the coveted spot as the #1 most played song of the year !

They really should move the adds date up to Monday the 21st if she's performing this on the BMA's. Stronger is falling fast enough that stations could just slip Dark Side in where Stronger is being taken out. But maybe they're hoping for Stronger to have those high year end positions so they want it to be played as much as possible. But they don't even certify her singles, I can't imagine they give that much of a ****.

I no longer question whatever they do.
