This. how many years she signed on that contract? its too much if its 10 years...
however in her next contract I can see she'll have higher demands for sure.

!!!!!!!
Forbes seemed to just neglect Rihanna last year. Maybe they calculated her earnings after the top 100 was released.. it doesnt make sense.
Angie made $30 million ( $1 million more ) yet was ranked 11th. Money was not the problem.

If she's not on the list this year, then Forbes credibility should be questioned even more than than it has been for excluding her from the Celeb 100 list last year. Supposedly Forbes bases its list on money grossed (not netted), tv and print media exposure, and internet clout ( you know, like how often you're written about and searched for online). By it's own criteria, Rihanna should have been on the list, given that she made more money, has more social media friends/followers, had appeared on more magazine covers, and made more tv appearances than people that were on the Celeb 100 list.
Forbes excluding Rihanna has nothing to do with Rihanna's team, and if Forbes snubs her again this year, then the finger should be pointed at them, not Rihanna, because Forbes admits to using Pollstar to calculate grosses for music stars. The only female that made more money than Rihanna on tour last year was Taylor Swift.

The only reason why haters are worried about Ri and Forbes is because it's convenient. "Oh oh what's wrong with Rihanna. She's not on Forbes." It's never, "Hey Forbes, what's wrong with you. Why didn't you include Rihanna?"

Its a 6 album deal. So Talk that Talk is her last release. I think she re negotiated her contract with Def Jam seeing as we haven't any word if she's leaving them or not. But if she ever was to leave we can pretty much say she'll stay under Jay's umbrella and make the full switch to Roc Nation. They are already her management company.
And I can totally grasp the fact that her contracts are horrible. I mean.. nobody expected she would be this big today judging from Pon De Replay and her "talent". Im sure Jay Z himself never expected it to be honest. But what a pleasant surprise this was.

That's not true. For the love of God, Forbes bases its list on money grossed, which means money that came in before everyone got their cut. So, since Forbes uses Pollstar, then Rihanna made no less than 90M last year, and she had deals before last year. Granted, the only ones that come to mind are Dorritos (who's that chick) and Cover Girl, but it's not like she just started getting endorsements last year.

i mean if Beyonce is worth 300 million now and she has been in the industry for like 16 years then in the next 9 years Rihanna will be worth that much

Lie If that was the case Beyonce would have scored more than 87 millions in 2010. Majority of I Am Tour was in the right time for Forbes and it grossed 103 million alone, then add album/single sales Dereon, L'Oreal, other endorsements etc
EDIT: Obsessed was in 2009, too so @ delusion

Why are people worried about how much money she makes she has already made enough to not have a work a day in her life and for her future kids.

I remember when she was on Ellen being interviewed after performing Rude Boy (which was #1 in the US for x amount of weeks), and they were talking about being "Cover Girls," and her print ads were still running in magazines.
Plus Forbes Celeb 100 comes out in May, right? Ok, if we're looking at last year's 2011 list, then by May 2011, she had sold over 3M copies of LOUD, sold out the European leg of LOUD Tour, and did that Kodak endorsement where she had the big electronic billboard over Times Square. Let's not forget that cell phone deal she did in Australia with the tv comercial that was airing before LGOE Australian tour leg, and didn't she do a deal with NOKIA for a showcase before Rated R dropped? She did the Pepsi superbowl pre game thing during Rated R era as well, because I remember that black and white Victoria Secret one legged cat suit. And, she had already begun shooting Battleship during LGOE tour.
So, it's not like she wasn't doing big things before LOUD era, and that's why Forbes wasn't paying her any mind.

Rihanna's contract must be a big joke... I mean she selling like no one... But never on top of the list, When you have on other hand Beyoncé doing nothing during one year and still earn more money than her. Or Lady GaGa Made more Money in 3 years than her in 7.
Yes she's not writting her own songs or producing, but Jay Z, L.A Reid & Evan Rogers took a lot of her money IMO.

For what she does and contributes, no.
I'm sure the large team of writers and producers who deliver her those hit songs for her get paid accordingly, though.

Not all people are songwriters. It's okay for a singer to be just a singer.
