hmm i doubt she will release a new album until mid 2013, once the born this way ball is over.
we all know how much gaga loves to promote, and if she is still on a world tour she won't be able to promote it properly or to the level that she always does.
She has stated that she wishes she could give any album out for free. Maybe this is a carefree kind of album. She doesn't care about sales, only the music. Tours in Europe while releases new music here, records a few interviews. Then comes back from tour in November with a new album

It can't be too soon, as there have been many complaints about her overexposure by radio audiences.
And it can't be too long of a wait either, because the public likes to quickly move onto the next big thing, so that leaves a very small window of opportunity. The question is, where would it not be too soon, or too late?

She could always release a dual album/mixtape kinda thing. Buy an album and get one free. Or just download the "free" album while also having out a serious album with singles/performances. Idk how well that would work it sounds messy but she could always give out something for free. It wouldn't hurt her image at all.
i know who the reliable source is but idk if they want to me say who they are on twitter & since their are big releases in music in the past few months i feel like Gaga is waiting till they die down and shes gonna release that smash !

Then there wouldn't have been an active Gaga single released for 7, 8 or 9 months, maybe even 11 months if she releases the single in September because MTN was made a single in October, I believe. It's been longer than we all think.
