I read a bunch of times that Fergalicious was based on JJ Fad's "Supersonic" from the 80's. I just downloaded it and whoa, it's sooo similar. I thought they just took the beat, but no it's really similar. Weird.
I really like Fergalicious though, don't get me wrong.

Fergalicious sounds good at first but it gets boring after a while. Although Fergie is not the best commercial-pop artist I think it's will.i.am to blame. All of his productions lately has become catchy but boring and monotone (like Scott " " Storch). The song is really commercial and I think will.i.am should start go back to basics and stop being so .
Not as much as the "Luxurious (DTP Remix)" rip that is "Glamourous". Fergie scooping up Gwen's leftovers ain't right and certainly shouldn't be necessary if you've got Wil.I.Am backing your album up.
