HONORARY RETIREMENTS
I think TRL should hold videos to the same standards to be fair and allow close-to-retiring videos to retire. They should retire all videos that reached the lower retirement limit during the 5-shows-per-week period (September 1998-November 2004) which is 50 days and all videos that reached the lower retirement limit during the 4-shows-per-week period (November 2004-present) which is 40 days. Confused? Basically, they should retire all videos with atleast 50 days before November 2004 and all videos with atleast 40 days after November 2004. They should also retire all videos that were replaced with 10 or less day from retirement (i.e. "Dirrty", "Me Against The Music", "Ring The Alarm", etc.). This would bring the total number of retired videos to 172.
