Haylie has been looking really good lately. That second pic of her is When did that happen?????

Because she's not like everyone else in Hollywood that is either born with dark skin or gets fake tans that make her look orange (see Nicole Ritchie, Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton)

She looks better than her sister, and that's awesome.

and before haylie was brunette when hilary was blonde
and when it was cool to be blonde, haylie was blonde with hilary
but before that haylie was brunette to be different than her sister, but realized that blonde was better so she changed to be cooler
