It came out today and I bought it. All I can say is THANK GOD! There is actually a new artist who is talented and makes good music. This is the best R&B album since "The Way It Is" by Keyshia Cole. Shareefa's voice actually comes across every similar to Keyshia's on some songs, especially on high notes.

"U Told Me" is pretty much the perfect song. It's a sad mid-tempo track with killer vocals. I pray she releases it as a single. It could easily be her "Love" or "Torn".

A possible drawback is that a lot of the album is mid-tempo. Its all slow soulish type songs except for a few. "Need A Boss" is prolly the most uptempo. But it's still a really good album.

Hopefully she gets a good debut!

I am so buying this hot ****. Shareefa's "Need A Boss" reminds me of "Does He Love Me" by Keshia Chante. U Told Me is SIMPLY AMAZING. it's sooo good!

Can somebody tell me why "need a boss" is one of the bestest songs ever? Pure Hotness! The aaaaaaa part makes me dead jamming.

I luv her new album I just bought it. My fav songs are "U Told Me" & "Cry No More" even if does sound like I need a boss. I like the way she actually sounds & acts like a real person (meaning her music).

I love Need a Boss. Ludacris just blows it away with his rap. I could possibly buy this. I love the aaaaaa part also. Amazing. Need a Boss <333
