I don't use either that much but No Hold Barred is more enjoyable to read.

SYG seems so strange to me. You fight over celebrities? That's all? Never been into that.

Neither. SYG is extremely repetitive, and cycles through the same, stale, and hugely delusional arguments about whose fav iis better. NHB is full of vicious bullies with anger issues who use the anonymity of the Internet to take out their anger in a ruthless, and often embarassing, fashion.
