The Christmas Special wasn't Idol it was... a special. The first Idol Gives back was done on an elimination night during show hours. Ryan tricked everyone by acting like Jordin (clear frontrunner at the time) was gonna go home then announced they wouldn't be sending anyone home. The tribute, I honestly just forgot about

I always thought the idol gives back was just it's own show. Never really paid attention to idol after season 5

Was TTWLI during an actual Idol episode? I remember Oprah interviewing her before the performance and was never sure if it was a regular show or some Oprah special on Idol.

It's so obvious. On Scotty McCreery's website they even say that Carrie was the most succesful and everything...I don't get it. Maybe because Kelly speaks up when she is not okay with something unlike the other former winners who just do what their label tells them but I still don't really get it. Maybe there's nothing true about the rumors and people are just overspeculating stuff
