The album is yet so far away, and they haven't started any promotion for it (they will with Wango Tango after The Voice ends next week? I guess so

).
I don't see many up for them in ATRL, but that doesn't mean this album won't be a good performer once it's out (still Linkin Park will open better, no doubt about it).
Maroon 5 are flawlessly pop since their start; I'm curious to see how much pushing the "pop" envelope and go really for it will translate in terms of singalongs and melodies to remember after the record will be out.
I'm confident it will be a very nice album actually; I don't miss their indie start at all (and to me Songs About Jane was still pop... their only indie moment was when they were a teen garage band named Kara's Flowers; all that is Maroon5 is pop instead: with funk/rnb/rock infusions at some point or another, but they are ALL pop and always have been).
Payphone still an impressive opener to me; their strongest with Makes Me Wonder, honestly, so I am waiting to listen to the rest with very good odds many others will follow the flow.
