I knew this song was on its last legs. For me, this song perfectly explains why I love Taylor so much. Miley Cyrus or Demi Lovato or any other current teen singer could have attempted this song, but they all (despite maybe having stronger vocals) would have failed to do what Taylor did. Lyrically, it’s not Taylor’s best, but when she sings “Back then I swore I was gonna marry him someday, But I realized some bigger dreams of mine, And Abigail gave everything she had to a boy, Who changed his mind and we both cried”, she does so with so much emotion and understanding that I can’t help but love this song.

Just a Dream was my least favorite song on the rate, I think, but if I remember correctly JTTW got a 6.
