Yes. She looks like a different person now and you can only do so much with make up/contouring. This is a peculiar type of surgery though because it made her look uglier than sin! I don't know maybe their goal was to make her fit the whole "insecure/bullied" charade of her BTW era so it would be easier to swallow for people after the glamorous, superficial & sexy Fame period.
Come to think of it, I think every BIG popstars has had some work done which makes all these "natural beauty" thread even more sad.
that's also one of the reasons. 
and I never said she was talentless.
