Neither relies on collaborations that much but comparing the two Rihanna relies the most. 4 of her 6 grammys are from her being featured in Kanye and Jay-Z's songs

Beyonce's biggest song was Crazy in Love, which had Jay-Z featured on it.
Same with Rihanna & Umbrella.
Well, technically Rihanna relies more on Remixes since her biggest songs seem to be collabs
