Anyone hear not want to get married or have kids? Or is that just me?

The image of not being with someone for the rest of my life seems a bit too much. I have met people that tell me they never want to get married because they believe someone can never be together with the other person forever, and he wanted to date me. I mean WTH, whats the point of dating if you have that attitude over things. It confuses me tbqh!

I agree with you. I don't believe in dating someone unless you want to pursue something long term with them in the future. Otherwise you're both wasting each other's time. I can definitely agree with seeing how some people believe that. It can be difficult, by default, for men to be faithful because biologically we're not driven to be. And why does the image of not having someone seem too much for you?

Like I mean when being in a relationship, isn't it to thrive to be together for the rest of your life? Isn't that what a relationship is for? That was my point. And no, I can't imagine being alone forever because I mean what is the point of not having stuff to share with someone. I mean sure I can live without it, but is it REALLY satisfying? I mean everyone you know will probably have a relationship or a fling. I just can't see myself going on and off with different people. It is not who I am at all being very shy and what not
