Christina is farrr from over. ANOM has such an impressive run. It's still top 20 on radio and was a huge accomplishment. Hurt was not rushed and has a long life ahead for the winter season. RCA knows what the fcuk theyre doing.

I agree that Aguilera took too long to release the video for Hurt. There was no need for this, even if ANOM is the "big big hit" her fans say it is.
Anywayz, ok, maybe Beyoncé is desperate for a hit, but it doesn't change the fact that it's getting ridiculous now.

Anthony, as of one of the few sane Spears fans, I would expect you to understand why it took this long to release "Hurt." ANOM was quite the hit with some great legs. It would have been ridiculous to release "Hurt" while ANOM was still doing well. "Hurt" is being released at the perfect time. Both airplay & sales are steadily increasing. It's at #23 on iTunes right now.

People just love to hate on Aguilera and declare her a flop even at her prime. I really don't understand why but enough is enough.

I honestly think the airplay release date for Hurt - September 12th - was the perfect time. But in my opinion the video should have been released at most 2 weeks later, not more than a month later. We could say "she wanted ANOM to retire on TRL" - but, besides the fact TRL isn't that important anymore, she could, then, had released Hurt right after ANOM retired.
