If association with Jay-Z gets you to #1, then why won't Jay-Z himself get to #1?
Point is the song is original, catchy, and she really can rap (lyrics aren't great, but she definitley has a nice flow). Plus the video is great, and its unlike anything out right now - and that's what TRL should be anyway, a ranking of the best videos. I'll admit that her ponytail and her accent are a bit irritating, but in terms of song and video quality, it brings no shame to the #1 spot.
