No it's being released as a single,a 320kpbs version from the single disc apparently. It has the album artwork and the track and album name and all that under the metadata too, but idk they could've just added it in. I hope it gets released as a single soon.Assuming by Rip they mean from a disc and not from a youtube video lol.

[edit] Nevermind, seems to be a fake 320kpbs file, frequencies are the same as the lower bitrate. Then again I'm no expert, maybe that means nothing lol. Whatever, we'll see.

The album is out in Australia, and the final version of this track is slightly different from the leak. In the leak, B.o.B. sings along with Taylor the second and third time the chorus is repeated. That was removed from the final version. Now it's just Taylor.
