The album has been pushed back so much. From July to Nov 21st then to Dec 5th and now Feb 2007.

I just feel its a good decision, yeah, I like her, but she';s just trying to be force on music career, releasing album once a year since her first album, and its not completely THAT BIG. So she should take some times to release it, and she's busy with her movies thingy. So yeah...

Maybe due to time constraints.She's busy with her endorsement and her new film promotion i guess.So she doesnt want to clash with her album release.maybe by releasing it in Feb 07,she can pay full attention solely to her album promotion.i wonder what will happen to Play With Fire since its on the radio already?

well, Hilary has delayed the release date for her 4th album till February because she will be filming in Europe her new movie "War Inc".
