and recently i went to this authentic Korean restaurant and I had the most amazing dish I cant remember what its called! It was served in a really hot stone bowl and it was rice on the bottom topped with all kinds of veggies and an egg. and the rice on the bottom kind of burned to the stone bowl and once u got to it it was like a thin cruchy weirdly almost sweet layer of rice. and it was served with some kind of hot sauce. OMG i neeeeddd some of that asap. if only i could remember yhe name
