I didn't judge the girl, here's the thing in a nutshell: Simon already had someone on the show who really couldn't get her own career going with Nicole, why would you want someone else on your show that really doesn't even have a career herself? We already have Britney, a pop legend, on the panel. Now they need to have an older diva to complete the panel, I just don't think Demi is the right choice, Patti LaBelle would be excellent for the job.
