I love this album much more than TF and TFM, but I guess it's not for everyone

The album only has two self-empowering songs. How were Government Hooker, Bloody Mary, HML, etc. made to make insecure people feel better?

I think majority of them are more disappointed at the era then the actual album tbh.

As I think back.

Marry the Night is self empowering. She will keep fighting.
Born This Way is.
Judas is. She said its about facing your own demons.
Scheisse is female-self-empowerment.
Hair is self-empowerment .
Bad Kids also.
High Way Unicorn is empowering. Don't worry someday you will find true love.
Electric Chapel is empowering.: Dont be afraid you are safe in my concert.
The Queen is feminist/self-empowring also.

Well some these are empowering from her perspective but if you identify with them you can feel epowered. This album really is all about empowerment.

As I've said before, if the era had normal length videos and the biggest hit of the year - most would be here for it.

The album itself is met with more favorable reviews than negative. It is a solid album. But the album was for the fans. If you bandwagoned during The Fame, tough luck!

I think the album is perfect. Well, minus Highway Unicorn for me. there's just something about the intro that pisses me off.
