She'd obviously be a great judge or host, but the show would benefit more from this than she would. All the other female judges they've hired (and in some cases fired) needed this: Gwen doesn't. She's more likely to be a guest judge or something just for the fun of it. Another thing she lacks in common with the other judges is that she would actually be good at it. She has the talent and the experience to mentor other people and critique them, and she actually has a personality too.
